The best airline. I always try to chose Delta for flights if I have the choice. Even if I have to pay a little more sometimes. They have the most consistent customer service. For the most part, whether it's a desk agent, flight attendant, or the ticketing folks who answer the phones, they all have the vibe that they care. That is rare in general and even rarer when it comes to the airlines. The pilots seems to consistently communicate with the passengers which is something i like. If were about to hit some turbulence or if we are delayed for whatever reason.
