I never even got to go in this bar and this is exactly why I gave them 1 star. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. We had a group of 19 people. First off, I emailed the contact info (like it says to do for parties) a week before we came to Vegas. Never got a response. Strike 1. We get the whole group up to the bar, my husband and I used the restroom, we get back to the bar to pay (the rest of our group paid already). The stupid girl at the register says, and with attitude, "it's going to be a half hour wait." I said, we are with this group right here, the group you are letting in right now" She looks at me with her pissy attitude and goes "I don't care, it's going to be a half hour wait" so i said "F**K that" and just left. So we never got to go in with our group, who wasn't impressed with the bar by the way, but we were able to enjoy ourselves elsewhere for a LOT cheaper. I'm just upset we weren't able to spend that time with our friends for my friend's birthday
