My husband and I went in with the idea of purchasing new dress slacks for him...After searching ourselves to find a limited number of slacks in his size, and waiting 10 minutes to be greeted by ANYONE working in the store, we ended up walking out...Good customer service would be acknowledging everyone who walks through the door and letting them know you'll be with them in a bit...If you are currently working with a customer, get them settled and go check on the new people...terrible service- lost out on a good sale! We went in to actually buy- we weren't just browsing!
