Came in a few months back to purchase my bedroom and living room set and was pleased to find that my sales associate Jennifer was more than helpful and accommodated all my needs and for that reason I decided to come back for another visit on Saturday because I had fallen in love with an item I had seen online. I had been to previous furniture stores after my experience at Ashley Furniture, RC Willey being one of the places and I was not pleased with their customer service so for that I have returned back to Ashley's Furniture in hopes of receiving help from my previous sales associate Jennifer, but I was saddened by the news of hearing that she was out on maternity leave. So another sales associate had try to assist me but they just seem to pushy and rude they seem to have an attitude and it made my visit very unpleasant and nothing like it was with my first purchase and for that reason I am willing to wait on my next purchase until my previous sales associate Jennifer returns.
