What stands out in a store like Ulta is customer service. I think a lot of the employees need a refresher course. Especially the ones checking customers out. Being in customer service can be a very stressful, unappreciative job. We've almost all been there at some point. Regardless, you put your big girl panties on and power through it, with a smile. Aside from the generic, "Did you find everything okay," how about ask, "How are you? Do you have any coupons you would like to use today?" As customers, unless we are going in for one thing, our minds are usually on overload when we're walking aimlessly around Ulta. We may forget we have a $3.50 off coupon, that may actually qualify for the 1 out of the 20 items we've purchased. Just a little suggestion. Otherwise, this Ulta is the standard central location for all things beauty.
