Disappointed with how much this once great brand has changed. I remember going to Hollywood Cone when it opened its first shop in Oshawa. I was impressed! I recently went to the Whitby shop for the first time and I was so disappointed. Overpriced dessert. Sloppy presentation. Slow service. I am better off going anywhere else to satisfy my sweet tooth. It should not take 25 minutes to get a twist cone with five employees on site. Ridiculous.
