My first visit at this facility for a chemical peel was a good experience . So I decided to make a second visit with Doctor Chang for a Botox injection. I have deep frown lines and wanted to be addressed and Doctor Chang charged me $280 and I did not see any results. I then went back a week later and was charged an additional $120 and this time Doctor Chang made it worse , I had a sword of Zorro in between my eyebrows.. I was horrified. I went back a couple of days later and was told by Doctor Chang and her staff that I had to pay an additional $100 in order to get it fixed. Her office manager was rude and condescending towards me and told me products cost money and either pay up or they won't be able to fix me. I refused to pay and I will never go back to this facility because Doctor Chang did not know how to do cosmetic injections well , did not stand by her work and over charges for not delivering . Very poor bedside manner. Stick to what you know Doctor Chang! Don't be greedy
