I am giving three stars solely based on delicious food. The rest of the experience was a head scratcher. To say the staff is restrained is a major understatement. They seemed deeply unhappy. No smiles. Not friendly. When a large party is dining you expect a bit of a loss of privacy. But the constant barrage of water pouring was intrusive and obnoxious. We could never relax. Between us, we have dined at some amazing fine dining establishments in major cities around the world. Eleven needs to get over itself. There were diners in shorts and t-shirts. Lastly, did you charge us an automatic gratuity and then we tipped on top of it? It would have been nice if that was mentioned. If not, you need to perhaps revisit your pricing. All in all, delicious food served by an unfriendly staff in an uncomfortable environment.
