The entire bridal party I am in had coupons for a free mystic tan or we could pay to upgrade to a versapro. I arrived at 7:30 and asked to use the versa. She said there was a twenty minute wait. I said that was fine. She then said there was a line and it was unavailable. I was literally the only person in there. I asked "why can't I just wait". She replied with I'm sorry but it's unavailable. So I got stuck with a mystic. Turns out this happened to all of us at multiple locations. None of us were allowed to pay to upgrade. I personally won't be returning.
