We had to redo both of our bathrooms because of damage caused by employees of Molly Maids. Yes, our house is over 30 years old and the pipes had corrosion but the gal yanked on the showerhead so hard that it came apart and flooded both bathrooms. In addition, the other gal was 'dusting' the blinds so hard that she left marks all over them. Talked with the owner and he said that no, it couldn't have happened, he ignored my calls for weeks (said he didn't have my number). He never did come out to check the blinds. Never offered to pay for anything. Horrific service and even worse customer service.
