It was a great buying experience and the service team did a good job to kept us coming back.
First thing first, I purchased a 4 series 2 years ago. We'd been thinking about purchasing for a few month. we looked at several dealerships near by, we even drove to Chicago to checked out the car there. However, even though we are buying a BMW, we didn't received a "high quality" service at those dealers. We end up came to the local BMW of Champaign dealer and I could say it was the best decision ever. They had great car selection (meet my need), all the paper work/car history was transparent. The sale man was very elegant, patient, and supportive (not aggressive like the BMW dealer in Chicago). They valued my business and respected my decision. Overall, they are outstanding in providing "luxury" car service. We also made a second purchase 2 months ago at Honda Champaign and had a blast.
I always come to BMW Champaign for maintenance and service. The jobs were often done in within a day, they offer FREE pick-up and drop-off shuttle from the dealer to anywhere in CU area. There was one time that my 4 series needed new tires and it took longer than expected (Friday-Monday). The service guy was so helpful and generous, he gave us a 5 series 2017 to drive during the weekend. I was like "SHOCKED" and WOA. Could not think of a better service than BMW Champaign.
