Stopped by this branch on a Tuesday at 2pm. Wanted to simply stop a direct debit, teller says I need the help of an account specialist. I noticed only one on duty, and only one person waiting ahead of me. So I signed in thinking it wouldn't be too long. Boy was I wrong! 30 mins later I decided to walk out. The account specialist was still working with the same customer, and the guy ahead of me has been waiting 50 mins according to the time when he signed in. No apologies, no greetings and no one ever uttered the standard,"I'll be right with you" Worse customer service I've ever experience from a bank!
