Never an issue here. They do a great job and really pay attention to detail. Today it got backed up...don't know why, but it took a but longer than usual.
But I really appreciate the manager coming out to grab the vacuum and help. What would have made it spectacular: If the back up was noticed before someone complained.
Won't stop me from coming here, they are heads and shoulders above other car washes in town.
