I get my nails done here whenever I am in Tempe. I have always gotten a terrific mani pedi or polish change. However, all women need to know that they can bypass the rude male owner by simply not answering his questions or taking him seriously. Whenever I walk in I go directly to the women - never listening to or answering this guy who is reclining in a pedi chair, trying to tell me where to sit, etc. Ignore him and if he insists on doing your nails say WOMEN ONLY. Additionally, I have seen him inflect serious harm to some other women's cuticles and when she said Ouch! he laughed at her!! I almost piped up and said you know you don't have to put up with that. But waited to see what she would say. She said "I guess I just have to suck it up", and he laughed again. So be warned - if you don't like what the nail tech is doing or acting and especially if you are being hurt - don't put up wth it. As for the prices - they do appear somewhat fluid.
