Really bad experience...The owner ("Vivian") was talking on the phone when I got there and didn't even acknowledge me for over a minute. When she did she acted annoyed that I was there. When I was indecisive about the color I wanted she rolled her eyes and told me to "Stop trying it on your fingers! Look at the color through the bottle!" (I was only trying a line on each finger, not the whole bottle) She rushed through the pedicure (the massage was very good though) and when she applied the color I hated it but felt to intimidated to tell her because she was so rude during my whole visit. I tried Nail Trix because they were convenient, as I was shopping that day at the Galleria, but would NEVER go back again nor would I ever recommend them to a friend solely because of the horrible customer service. I can't believe in this day and age that a business owner would be so unconcerned about the customer's experience. There are a ton of nail salon's out there, somehow I feel that the majority wouldn't make their client's feel like they were doing THEM a favor.
