The gentleman who inspected my new home, located at 12807 N 111th Ave, Sun City, AZ 85351, goes by the name of Bob. I'm writing this review because Bob is a very good inspector. He does a good job. His work is detailed, thorough, and complete and he is candid. I moved into my new home comfortable that I had been informed of anything and everything I needed to know. I was hesitant to buy the home until I had a chance to talk with Bob on the phone and after our conversation I didn't hesitate to move forward with the purchase. I just finished putting my personal items into the house and garage and I am looking forward to living in Sun City for my remaining days.
