Haven't been to a Cold Stone in years and it maybe that long before I'm back. Staff at this location has an I don't care attitude. When asked where they're uniform was we were told "it's not mandatory" asked if they still greet their customers again told "it's not mandatory" asked if they can smile or still sing .... The response "it's not mandatory"
Well guess what "it's not mandatory" for us to return. Dirty tables, restroom and rude employees .....
