It's my fourth time coming to Pho Sing Sing. I'm partially biased to Vietnamese cuisine because I had the wonderful opportunity to live in Vietnam for a couple of years. I would like to tell you now, this is by far the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant I have ever had in the United States. The Cha Gio, Goi Cuon is made fresh, unlike the other restaurants I've eaten at. The Pho Sing Sing special broth is spectacular - not salty or too much anise, it's perfect. Their portions are generous even their noodles (Ask my husband how I can just inhale noodles). My husband had their pork chop with kimchi and picked vegetables on the side; note - their Vietnamese omelette is to die for!!! We also had their dessert, made from beans, sticky rice - FINALLY A VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT WITH DESSERT! So good. Besides that, I love the whole family atmosphere they have. Rose, one of the gracious owners of this restaurant is so friendly. She took care of us. I truly believe in making your meals extra special, Rose gave us the best customer service. :)
