I love going to to dentist! I love getting my teeth cleaned professionally twice a year. I went here a few times for just that. They seemed to always get my insurance billed wrong. Over 3 times in a row... I still gave them the benefit of the situation. Insurance can just be confusing. Then I committed to full treatment of ortho care 12-15 months. Traditional braces. Long story short. I would have spent my money elsewhere. This company seems to drop the ball and I should have known that from when I started with unable to bill insurance adequately and unable to return phone calls. This company seems to promise and never deliver. Multiple promises. I am in the process of requesting refund and a report on BBB page. If interested you can read more on Arizona BBB page.
