Probably the best coffee in Cleveland. I don't drink anything with milk or cream, so I can only speak to the coffee offerings, though every pour over I have had here has surpassed my expectations. It is clear quality beans and skillful preparation is being served up here. Most days there are 4 single origin coffees available. Pour overs are made with a Kalita Wave brewer, and nice cups are available with wide openings that allow the aroma to be appreciated while taking your cup to go. And it probably will be to go because there is basically nowhere to sit in the shop, save for a couple exceptionally uncomfortable stools. This is why 4 stars instead of 5. Every coffee place anymore just wants this modern industrial look, which sacrifices any semblance of comfort for "design," or something. Maybe customers staying to enjoy their drink is a bad thing, I don't know, I don't own a coffee shop, but if I could just relax and enjoy my nuanced cup I just paid $5 for, instead of taking it back out into the bustle of the city I would give DR 5 stars for sure.
