When you order your products from them, be AWARE... the have a 14 business day lead time for printing announcements.... In the day and age of electronics, they can't expedite orders, they can't accommodate your timeline and they don't try to help you. I pleaded with them to expedite my order for my daughter's graduation. NO CAN DO... my announcements will arrive 2 days before the graduation.... I have to hand deliver my cards to the invitees, otherwise they will not receive it in time to attend the ceremony...
They were not even trying to help, couldn't care less about the timing issue... WORST customer service ever... Please note and if possible, don't order from them
