Great opportunity to be something special. Came for Arizona elite 8 game. Place wasn't packed, plenty of open seats. We ordered nachos 3 minutes into first half. With 12 minutes left IN THE GAME the food still hadnt come. The manager came out with excuses and was extremely rude. We asked if we could just get some chips and salsa while we waited for nachos and she snooted, "no because our business works in order of who ordered first" .... the waitress was sweet but had zero training. One of our waters had some kind of soda in it as well. I'm sure if you just order drinks (which we did have drinks as well) the experience could be better, but the bathrooms were disgusting, the kitchen only had 12 tickets visible and we didn't get food for over 1.5 hours, and management doesn't look to solve problems but instead show muscle. We watched the last 5 minutes of game across street in Mexican restaurant. We got drinks, food and our tab before we knew what happened. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. One of the TVs is even polorized and everything has a blue tint....wtf?
