I'm new to the area and the managers, Jim and Todd, couldn't have been more welcoming! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and take the time to point out all of the features of the storage rental. I like the fact that each unit has it's own alarm and that there are plenty of security cameras on the premises. I shopped around quite a bit and felt the rates at StorageOne were very reasonable. Hats off to the managers for keeping a very safe and friendly environment for their customers
