One word: ghetto.
But if I were to give more detail.. well let's just say I expected much more. First Siri usually takes me the highway route (she usually LOVES highways) but she ended up taking me through the shady part of town which is down the street from this outlet. The location is not great & the crowd there reflects that a lot. It was busy but not so busy that I should have worried about personal space. I got unnecessarily pushed around a lot by people high on consumerism. Lot's of shopping crazy tourists rolling their suitcases around .... to fill them up with crap I'm sure & some locals with zero manners. Literally just people grabbing things from right in front of me instead of saying excuse me & bumping into me just to look at merchandise. Yuck.
To me the stores basically reflect your ordinary mini mall with the exception of a couple of high end stores like Dolce & Gabbana, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, & Tory Burch. It was weird to see those stores surrounded by your average mall stores like PacSun & Hot Topic. I don't really see why they didn't just make this into a mall because although it was outdoors there was nothing giving off a classier then mall vibe such as grass, flowers, a nice outdoor sitting area, etc. Most outlets have something like that to separate it from the mall experience. I don't like malls but I'd rather go to Galleria or Fashion Show (neither of which I particularly care about but can at least deal with on occasion) then come here.
I'm not a huge fan of shopping in general but I came looking for a pair of cute new flats & found nothing that interested me. A lot of cheap crap & a lot of rejected high end items they sell for full price using big names here. Don't care about the stores nor do I care for the environment. I don't see myself coming here ever again.
