The first time that we went the staff was friendly, but that could have been because we got 2 new tablets, and new phone, and 2 gizmodos. Took longer than expected, but at least the staff was thorough and friendly. The next time I went back, the store closed at 7:00pm and I got there at 7:02 and was met at the door and told sorry we are closed. Not wanting to hear what was wrong or anything. I tried to tell the guy that I just drove from the other side of town and he didn't want to hear it and didn't care. "Sorry we are closed, you can go to another store that stays opens to 8". I thought it was quite rude, but I'm sure the manager won't check the reviews they get here and probably doesn't care.
