I'm a bit surprised with the bad reviews, but I also noticed that the reviews were on furniture and appliances. We Purchased a 65" Samsung Curve and Samsung Sound Box Curve. Got a great deal on Black Friday. Jim was our salesman. He was very helpful and was honest. Website says 24 months 0 interest, but remember folks, that is depending on your credit. Jim let us know that we should pay off the items as soon as possible to avoid any higher interest if we wait for the full 3 years. Most sales people won't mention that. So my wife and I felt good that he was able to give us advice. I gave 4 stars due to the fact that Jim needed assistance from his peers on lifting the tv and sound box due to having a bad heart and back but his peers refused. I understand that if your with a customer you should definitely help them out, but then again refusing to help another customer can make you lose that customer. So the solution is to hire more people. I ended up lifting the tv and soundbox myself and wheeling it out. That's a huge liability if I was to get hurt, luckily I did not. My advise to this location is to hire more people that can be Floaters to help load large items.
