This time I had a major repair done where the Check Engine Light was on due to bad repair done by Fletcher's. He was very honest but forgot to tell me that the repair was not able to be done that day since I didn't return his call on time to allow him to complete the repair so he secured my car in this shop..That said, my badge was locked inside of his shop..Called him on the number on the door as well as emergency towing and failed to reach him..Thanks to Yelp messaging service which shot notes to him as well as his competitor and told him about the story. He immediately went and call me back and got my badge so I can work..He recognized me and apologized for what happened..Yelp also sent the messages to many competitors so I got slew of calls from others so I realized that there are many responsible owners out there..Kudo to Steve and mostly thanks to Yelp to let it happened. He also paid for my Friend's Lyft ride since I was out of town to pick up the car..Thank you for going above and beyond to make your customer happy. An emergency contact number would be extremely helpful..
