Everything I have ever bought from this store has been a rip off! 4 computers in 3 years is bull! The first computer I was sold went out in three months a touchscreen and the little girl at the store says at least you got three months out of it. I was pissed with my hard earned money I silly me for not appreciating an entire 3 months of usage.
So I was given and encouraged by the manager and sales associate to take an open box computer that was a steal because of the capabilities, they were oh so kind to exchange my first computer (which was brand new) after the store warranty was over. Well hallelujah right, NO! I thanked them because I could finally get my finals done, but when I took this high class open box home and plugged it in, the P.o.s blue screened! I called and let them know they would be see me the next day.
So the next day, I give them they're Sh*t back, and these....never mind, these people tell me to look around again. No screw this store, so I get a gift card with my money on it and decide to go to the Worst Buy in Avondale. I find another computer, I ask tons of questions and relay my concerns. Oh no the guy said this here is a good computer. Hahaha really? Let's see, since 2 months ago, the unit stopped charging and today the keyboard went totally out! I am PISSED! I don't have the patience to keep going down there while they are apparently annoyed to keep seeing me. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again! They just don't get it. Geek squad is a joke, I wouldn't doubt they have a magic 8 ball in the back giving them so called technical advice.
I take care of my things, I don't allow anyone on my computer and it's not tossed around. I just give up on anything at this store, the customer service and the products suck.
