Trying really hard not to let the fact that we got a fast pass and didn't have to wait in the 1+ hour line affect my review. I imagine someone who waited a long time may complain that the wait was not quite worth it. The selection was vast and diverse like most major Vegas buffets. Everything tasted great especially the quail and prime rib. The salmon poke was delicious and makes up for the lack of sashimi slices. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of fresh fruit and the ordinary desserts. I've been to casino buffets in AZ that have better selection. They only had sliced cantaloupe, honey dew, and pineapple. I was hoping for some berries at least to put on top of the desserts. The dessert bar was just sad. I've had better desserts at the Old Country Buffet. Nothing was appealing to me and the few I tried I didn't like other than the peach cobbler. They didn't have creme brûlée that day but I saw some Yelpers had it on here. The ice cream was literally just two soft serve flavors...no gelato or even hand-scooped ice cream at a $45/person buffet at the Bellagio??? Have to be fair and not ding them too much when the main food was great!
