I was very disappointed in my refinance experience with Alliance Home Loans. Ryan Steckelberg was nice but not organized at all. Started my refinance process in September and closed at the end of October. I was asked to date many forms for 10-1 when it was the end of the month because he forgot to do forms. My appraisal came in low and I had to provide comps and communicate with the appraiser in order to get it where it should be. He called me many times with urgent requests because he forgot something but then would go days without returning my calls. The most frustrating part of the entire process is that my loan closed late so it was reported to the credit bureau and my credit rating dropped 200 points. Ryan seemed to not be bothered by it but it was his fault. If I knew how awful a process this would have been I would have NEVER refinanced with them.
