When my cat ate something that left him in extremely pathetic and pained condition, I went looking for a new vet closer to my new home. These guys had an opening, so I gave them a shot. What a pleasant surprise! We were seen within minutes of arriving early. The vet (Dr. Millie, I think?) was gentle and caring with my fragile little feline. Longhaired and getting old, they whisked my cat into the back room and shaved off his fur mats which will help him keep up with his, er, rather unpleasant condition. My cat is prone to eating dumb stuff, so this is not the first time we've contended with this. I was really pleased that the vet worked with me on a treatment plan that was minimally invasive, and made good sense given what the vet observed of his condition. The vet tech was also endearingly sweet to my cat. The office staff was great, and at check out even volunteered a coupon to reduce the cost. Being used to a larger vet that's competent but usually too busy to go the extra mile, I was really grateful for an experience that exceeded my expectations while meeting my needs.
