So I read all the reviews and use AHS for a warranty. I was definitely worried about what was going on with the reviews. Justin showed up on time, patiently listen to what I had to say, addressed the issue, confirmed that we both found the same issues with the gas furnace and that the fan was not working due to somebody rigging some zip ties to hold the wires together.
He simply stated this is the issue, we will order a new fan instead of trying to replace the wires and will get back to you in a few days. Already had a call that the part was on the way and they are installing it on Monday. The quick fix he did to the wires to nurse the unit along was SmartTray® and we have heat in the house. Don't let all the reviews fool you....
