I called this trash company for a cab one night. I was told the cab would arrive within thirty minutes. An hour and a half later I called back and asked the same dispatcher what the deal was.
First, this guy says he doesn't have any calls from my phone number. He ask where I was and I gave him the address again. Then he says, sort of a slip I guess, you are at the Roberto's. I say yes, and then I ask him how he knows I am at Roberto's if he didn't have a call from me.
Needless to say I hanged the phone up on this scoundrel. I would urge people never to use this garbage company. Another time when I used this company I waited at my house for a cab for well over two hours.
