Lunch at 11:30 on a Friday. Still ample seating at that time but when I left a little afternoon there was a line out the door, so this is a popular place. Greeted and seated pretty promptly, but then the service went down hill. Way too long before I was greeted by my server. After my order was taken, another very long wait before I had my tea and place setting. The menu was an extensive list of premium burgers as well as premium ramen. Ramen looked very tempting, but I opted for the burger. Ordered the house salad ($5) and the Black and Green burger ($16). For $16 you only get a burger - anything else is extra so this is a pricey place. The salad was exceptional. I ordered the Wagyu beef burger medium but it arrived well done - ugh. It was a beautiful burger, and it tasted good, but for $16 is has to be perfect as ordered, and this was not. Glad I gave this place a try, but there are much better burger places with better food and better service for $21 of value. With better management and more attention to detail, this place could be very good.
