I would not even give them one star if I had a choice. Horrendous experience when dad stayed here. He had a catheter an when I came to visit his blood pressure was so low that when "I" had them send him to the hospital, the EKG showed he was having a mild heart attack. There was only blood in the catheter bag and he was drugged and could not hold his head up for 15 seconds. I shutter to think what would have happened if "I" had not told the doctor or order he be taken to the hospital. We are considering La Ventanas as we have heard very good things about them.
Staff is overworked and management has no control and don't know how to manage. Dad missed an appointment and the scheduling person "didn't know why".
Run away from this place as fast as you.
