I would also (like many of the other reviewers) give it zero stars if I could. I too bought the living social deal. I called to make an appointment. The lady specifically asked if I had a living social deal and I said yes...one for a mani and one for a pedi. She rudely said "you know, you can only use one at a time" I said that was fine as its not far from my work. She then told me I had to call back at 11am because that's when they open. I called back and (shocking, not!!!) nobody answered. I called again, no answer so I think they get your number off the caller ID. I left another voicemail and nobody ever returned my call. If you are trying to recruit business for your salon, this is not the way to do it!! If you are overwhelmed with the # of deals purchased you can at least grace your future clients with a potential phone call! Bad business...I hope I get my $ back from Living Social. If not I'll dispute the charge.
