Boyfriend and I shared the kahlua pig eggs benedict and the red velvet pancake. Server is nice, and we didn't wait long for food. KAHLUA PIG EGGS BENEDICT is good, but not great. I guess I had higher expectations due to reviews raving about it. The crab eggs benedict in Magnolia Cafe in San Antonio, TX is still the best for me. It's far though. The HASH BROWNS that came with the eggs benedict is good. Had some weird tasting hash in some breakfast places in Vegas. This is what I remember a hash should be. RED VELVET PANCAKE is awesome. Trumps any pancake I've eaten in my life. It's fluffy and moist, and has the right amount of sweetness. The portions are just right to fill me up. I give it 5 stars because their pancake is awesome. They trump any other breakfast place around town. (This doesn't exclude the high class breakfast places on the Strip, which I haven't tried yet.) We'll be back again, but in their resto in Spring Valley. I think they're opening another branch, but I can't remember where. Hopefully it's close to where we live.
