Called on a Thursday at 4 pm Wayne answered the phone and was available the next day by noon. My garage door cable broke and Wayne knew exactly what I needed repaired. Over the phone he explained exactly what happened and what needed to be done at a very affordable price. He also gave me other expected issues that might have occurred and gave me his up front pricing on those as well. Needless to say all his prices he quoted me stayed exact and did not change.
