This is the only Jack in the Box that has been able to lower my opinion so many times.
The service is mediocre at best, but flat horrible most of the time.
I sat at the drive up box for 5 minutes only to be told they would be with me in 10 minutes.
How does this place stay in business, 15 minutes for service.
This will be my last visit, I have finally learned my lesson and realize that it will never change.
