Steve Goffredo assisted me and I was very impressed. This was my first time having any difficulty with the A4 and I'd never been to this location so I was unsure as to what to expect. They loaned me an A3 for the interim and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I received a call from Steve two days later that she was fixed and ready for pick up. What an easy transition! I can't imagine going to another location after my experience with Henderson. A+ for customer service.
