I am not exactly sure what happened but... I booked an appointment via there website and even received an confirmation email... Then confirmed the appointment... The next day I went to my supposed appt and no one was there!!! I waited for a while yelled hello and someone heard me.. The nice young lady who came out said that the last appt that was booked was at 3pm!!!!!! I showed her my confirmation email and her response was "wow ma'am I'm sorry but we never received that all of our stylists are gone.. I'm so sorry".... I am not upset or anything but that just goes to show you the kind of business they are running... Please ladies fix this flaw you have with your appointment system!
