This place is awful. I got there at about 10 minutes to five and the woman behind the desk was very rude(guess she was mad that I got there 10 minutes before closing) while I was waiting I could her the old grumpy hen bitching about me coming in so late. They said I had to have it approved by my insurance so I got fitted for a knee brace and they said they would call me. They never did call me back so I called them a week and a half later and had to give all my info again and wow I get a notice from my insurance that it is approved the next day. They still two days later have not called me. So I am going there this morning to get my brace. And I will be contacting there corporate offices and letting them know how awful there people at this location are. If you can go somewhere else you should.
