So I have gotten this ad that says that I can stop by and get an oil change for less than 30 minutes anytime except Sunday when they are closed with "NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY", so I show up Saturday which is my only day off and they said they can't honor the ad/coupon that they keep spamming me for the past 3 months and said I have to make an appointment. I have read all the disclosures and notices on the ad/coupon that they have provided and nowhere it says that I cannot be helped. And they even said "Sorry Yeah not today", so I went inside where they would schedule me and a heavy set guy with glasses and beard I think his name was Tony dont quote me on that I don't remember I was still pisseed scheduled me and said sorry about your coupon, just not today because we have half the staff working. Well how am I supposed to know your half staffed on a Saturday and I have to schedule an appointment. That's false advertisement if you ask me and isn't that illegal? And I did not show up for my appointment today because I was just pissed and did not want to drive there. I will post the pic of the ad/coupon later
