HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF! If I could give them no stars I would. I love working with Kelsey Pretty, but I don't know what the heck is going on over there with their office staff. Once, I drove to their Phoenix location because I couldn't get an appointment sooner at the Chandler office. When I got there, they told me they "cancelled my appointment 20 minutes ago." Gee, a whole 20 minutes huh? I was in transit 20 minutes ago coming from the Queen Creek area. When I asked if another doctor could see me, they told me they were all booked up even though myself and another woman were the only ones in the waiting room. They were less than sympathetic. And more than once I've gone in for a simple blood test that takes all of 3 minutes to complete, but I'm sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour each time. When I asked if they were busy they told me "no, not at all." Then Monday I called for a prescription refill. I hadn't heard anything for days and since I was going into the office on Thursday for a blood test, and the Pharmacy is about 2 miles away, I figured I'd pick it up. Nope. Four days later, the pharmacy STILL hadn't received the request from the office yet. 4 Days! Now my prescription won't be ready for pick up until next Tuesday! Now I'm out of my prescription and they could care less. I've read a few of the other reviews. Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks their office personnel is more than lacking. I was shocked to see that most of their reviews are 1 star. Pitiful. This place should be shut down.
