There is a reason this place has only 2 stars out of 200+ reviews. By far the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. Richard in the service department is the most pompous liar I've ever dealt with. Called service to get a service history on my car, ask to SPECIFICALLY not speak with Richard due to how unhelpful and arrogant he was, was put on hold to have him (of course) answer. Terrible service. Swindlers. Liars. All they want is good reviews for their shitty service. Never again.
