This company manages the complex I am currently renting in. I regret ever moving here. They do not care about their residents. The pool has been shut down for over a month and has been closed by Maricopa County Health Dept. They will most likely lose their permit. The grounds are not well kept, the residents just throw trash all over. Its funny one of the board members supposedly lives in the complex. But she has not done a thing. Everytime we call, they say "were working on it". I would not recommend moving into a complex that they manage as they don't do anything to help their residents. My patio faces the green, disgusting pool. I'm stuck in a lease otherwise I would move. And at this point may break my lease to do so. They can complain about something that was up on a window in my unit but they cannot fix a darn swimming pool. If they don't do something I may go to the media with this. This company is a poor excuse for an HOA. And I am reallly peeved about it.
