We needed an inspection for a home we are currently in the process of purchasing. Gary was amazing! My husband and I had a main concern about the foundation but he also located a leak that needed to be tended to. We appreciate how detailed oriented he was in his report by also including pictures. I was unable to be there for the actual inspection (my realtor was there on our behalf) But when I called Gary the next day to get feedback he was very informative.
