The shed itself is great but the service and follow up has been unacceptable. The installers never completed painting our shed, lost the paint we supplied for the trim, didn't install the shelf to spec and there were literally nails everywhere coming out of the support studs. They also left a roll of nails in the yard and poured paint on the rock next to our driveway which had dried and now needs to be dug out and the rock replaced. Furthermore, we've called multiple times to have them finish the job and no one will call us back after they promise to look in it. It's been over a month since the install and we still have no resolution. I'm incredibly disappointed with the outcome and still can't use my shed. It's a lot of money to spend for such an abysmal outcome.
