I received the worst customer service here. At the beginning things were going great. We ordered three shakes in all and they only messed one up. When I questioned the shake the rudest employee I have ever encountered (no smiles, eyes staring evilly and rolling occasionally) offered to "remake" my shake. My daughter and I had already sipped it at least twice to ensure the flavor only to discover it tasted like vanilla which is not what we ordered. So instead of remaking the shake like other establishments would, this rude employee took out the straw, uncovered the shake and threw the contents back into the blender. I thought this was just wrong and unhygienic. At this point I just wanted a refund for the messed up shake. Apparently the employees are limited in what transactions they can do in their payment system and the only way to get my money back was for the manager (who I might say was not on site) to do it. After arguing with the rude employee and speaking with the off-site manager I was asked to send a text to the owner with my contact number so they can let me know when my refund has proceeded. Suffice it to say, after 24 hours and two text messages I have yet to hear from the owner. We will never return to this place and I recommend all others stay away!!!
