I'm very happy at Mosaic Apts. Starting with the apt lay outs. They're very spacious, doesn't feel like you're living in a box. Appliances and fixtures are up to date. Including the washer and dryers.
In our kitchen there's a bar countertop that really opens up the area into the dining room. All cabinets and cupboards are dark stained wood with stainless steal handles. Plenty of storage space, including pantry. The sink is also nice with a retractable head.
Other features include rounded shower curtain rod, fireplace in our unit, lots of windows, vaulted ceilings, stylish lights and fans, walk-in closet, and the balcony has plenty of space with wood door entry.
The staff, especially manager Marilyn, is very friendly and personable. You feel like a community rather than a client base. They keep the property well maintained and are efficient in any reasonable requests.
The property has 3 pools. Including gas grills and jacuzzi. My favorite part of the property however is the greenery. They have the most grass and diversity of trees I've seen at any Apts in Az. Just helps keep the area so much cooler and not so much a desert atmosphere. More of an oasis if you will. Also the gym is neat! Clean equipment and area. There's even a fitness floor with a drop down screen projector. That has a selection of workouts to play. Another new and great feature here is the community center. Which has a locker wall for parcel packaging that you can pick up from anytime.
All in all I have zero complaints at Mosaic! Everyone does their part in keeping this a great place to live in!
